AFG FilterBank Terms of Use

1. Acceptance and permitted use
These terms apply when you create an account or use AFG FilterBank. You must use FilterBank only for legitimate HVAC equipment, filter-survey, scheduling and quotation activities for your employer or business. You must be authorised to submit any customer, site, equipment and photographic information you enter.
2. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials confidential and promptly notify AFG if you suspect unauthorised access. Accounts are individual and must not be shared. AFG may verify company details and restrict or suspend access where reasonably required for security, misuse, legal compliance or protection of customer information.
3. Photographs and site information
Only upload information relevant to the HVAC work being performed. Do not photograph people, passwords, security credentials or unrelated confidential material. You confirm that you have permission to collect and submit the information and photographs used in FilterBank.
4. Product suggestions and Beta recognition
Photo recognition and product matching are assistance features, not final engineering or purchasing decisions. Beta recognition may be incomplete or incorrect. A competent user must confirm the filter construction, dimensions, efficiency, quantity, application and site conditions before ordering, quoting or installing a product.
5. Quotations, pricing and availability
Displayed selections and indicative pricing do not create a binding supply contract. Product availability, final pricing, freight, GST, lead time and technical suitability remain subject to AFG review and a formal quotation or order acceptance.
6. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to bypass access controls, access another company’s records, interfere with the service, upload unlawful or malicious material, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use FilterBank in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
7. Availability and changes
FilterBank requires an internet connection for sign-in and online functions. AFG may maintain, update, improve or temporarily interrupt the service. AFG may change these terms when reasonably necessary and will publish the updated effective date on this page.
8. Privacy and account deletion
AFG handles information as described in the AFG FilterBank Privacy Policy. You may request account and associated-data deletion from Settings or through the public deletion-request page.
