Request account deletion
Use this page even if you can no longer sign in. AFG will verify your identity before deleting the FilterBank account and associated data.
What happens next
AFG will acknowledge and verify the request, remove access and normally complete valid deletion requests within 30 days. Records that must be retained for legal, taxation, warranty or dispute purposes may be kept securely for the required period.
